This company is very very poor because this company owner sanjay Singhania take the order and 100% payment in advance after that supply the rejected material to customer and after that sanjay Sighaniya is not attending to customer and not attending the phone of customer, this company mostly uses market rejected raw materials and supply the rejected material and asking the first quality material payment in advance, we are pay advance payment 17 lac in advance , so we tell other customers no one will give advance this company if any customer give order to this company so payment terms after materials received and check then payment release, this company owner sanjay Sighaniya is not attending when he gets the payment this person is very very poor

The company truly cares about you, especially for women as a person. You are not just a number to them. I truly enjoy working at EP they offer a lot of advancement like training for everyone that works there along with a lot of friendly people. They all have a door open policy which is very important. The management is understanding and it is flexible. a good work life balance. Good place to work. Inclusive culture. Work is demanding, but much pride is taken in the results.
